About the speaker:
Sushma Banthia is an ICF-PCC Leadership Coach and Facilitator. She has been in the area of people development for over 20 years. Sushma has coached numerous Leaders in India and internationally. Certifications apart from coaching include Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner, MBTI, Thomas Profiling, and Strategic Leadership (FLAME Institute).
