Coaching for a More Inclusive, Empowered World
A passion project, ICF Bengaluru takes immense pride in its unique Social Impact Program. It aims to provide pro bono coaching services to select NGOs, equipping them with the necessary tools to maximize their impact on the causes they champion. Through this program, our ICF-certified coaches work closely with NGO leaders and teams, empowering them to advance their social causes and achieve greater impact.

ICF Bengaluru & Agastya International Foundation
ICF Bengaluru partnered with Agastya International Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering underserved and underprivileged children and government school teachers across India. Their innovative approach, which incorporates experiential science-art education, project-based learning, and peer-to-peer interaction, aims to spark a lifelong love of learning in these young minds.

ICF Bengaluru & Hopeworks Foundation
ICF Bengaluru is proud to have played a pivotal role in empowering young women through its impactful collaboration with Hopeworks. Started exclusively to provide holistic support for young females from underserved communities across India. Hopeworks offers education and employment preparation and instills entrepreneurial spirit in girls aged 6-21.
Through this collaboration, ICF Bengaluru brought together dedicated volunteer coaches who generously donated their time and expertise, guiding and mentoring over 10,000 young girls. This collaboration is a testament to ICF Bengaluru’s commitment to social impact, transforming lives, and building a stronger future for young women in India.
