The University Connect Program (Uni Con)
In this disrupting and digitally powered economy, graduating students face challenges while navigating the competitive job landscape. Organizations need their new hires with skills that usually develop over time. In response to this challenge, ICF Bengaluru initiated the Uni Con project.
The main objective is to provide pro bono coaching to graduating students.
- Started as a pilot project in association with esteemed institutions – Christ University and Ramaiah Institute of Management Sciences, impacting over 75 graduating students.
- Uni Con seeks to embed coaching methodologies within educational systems, facilitating the holistic development of students and preparing them to meet the dynamic professional world.
