We understand that managing finances can feel daunting, often leading to constant worry about achieving financial freedom and maintaining a desired lifestyle. Many people invest without a clear plan, or get too much conflicting advice from finfluencers and financial product-sellers. Finding good, affordable financial planning from a trusted advisor is often a challenge.
Our founder, Virendra, witnessed these struggles firsthand. During his executive coaching sessions with senior software industry professionals, he observed their deep concerns about personal finance behind the scenes, even as they focused on career growth and transitions.
This insight, coupled with a successful 30-year career building software in Telecom and IT, led him to his ‘second innings’: dedicating his expertise to helping individuals manage their finances effectively.
With decades of solving complex tech problems and building robust software, Virendra brings a unique blend of analytical rigor, disciplined execution, and a clear, simple way of thinking to money matters. He applies this approach to create comprehensive financial plans and strategies that first protect your assets, then guide systematic investments in mutual funds to accumulate wealth.

For both executive and financial coaching, I use the GROW Model and smart questions to help clients gain clarity on their challenges and goals. We work together to define problems and goals, clarify what’s needed, and help them identify the best options. I truly believe the right question can spark big changes and lead to amazing outcomes.
