Members of ICF Bengaluru Chapter offer pro bono coaching services to graduating students.

The climatic changes, and technological advancements has disrupted our mental models of the world that we were used to. The impact of these changes is widespread, one community which has been the hardest hit are our students who are completing their higher education and are ready to enter the job market.

Employers expect that new employees should be agile, resilient, empathic, creative, innovative and have collaborative mindset etc. Traditionally employees developed these skills over a long period of time. Today these are DAY 1 requirements. And because of virtual working the traditional support system have more or less dried up. One of the best and fastest ways to help students develop these skills and competencies is by using coaching methodology. As a pilot ICF Bengaluru Chapter has partnered with Christ (Deemed to be University) and Ramaiah  Institute of Management Sciences for coaching 75 students. The Uni Con project is true expression of ICF’s vision of make coaching an integral part of the society.
