- Sushma is a professional with over 45 years of work experience of which 25 years are in people development.
- She also has over 10 years of teaching experience and was part of the Leadership Team as Vice-President Engineering in a medical company in USA.
Credentials & Professional Affiliations
Since June 2019, Sushma is a Facilitator for Coaching.com formerly known as WBECS (World Business Executive Coach Summit). She facilitates the Implementation Mastery sessions and conducts Round Tables for International Coaches.
Coach for Growthspace, an international company. Sushma has been coaching people of different nationalities through Growthspace since 2021.
