After growing for 23+ years in the banking sector I am currently pursuing my passion, that is, Coaching.
Coaching has helped me become a better version of myself and the journey still continues. I help people realize their true potential, help them achieve their goals, increase self awareness. I also explore with leaders/executive directors, to create better synergies in their teams by having effective communications. Supporting teams interplay their strengths and limitations. Helping people to focus their attention and energy to what will help them take care of their cares and others’ cares. My aim is to support humans unleash their potential and increase their influence and have better engagements with their teams, peers, people in the personal space.

- 23+years of leadership experience in financial and banking sector.
- 5+year in coaching.
- Accountable for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch while tracking the productivity of the branch on a daily basis.
- Good communicator with proven skills in identifying gaps and working cross-functionally for deploying innovative strategies for building necessary content and training modules to address gaps & augment productivity.
- Experienced in people management, handling greenfield and brownfield projects, handling P&L responsibilities.
- Design, develop and facilitate culture, competency-based learning interventions. Create and implement L&D strategy and annual roadmap; influence leaders and stakeholders at the senior level; demonstrate effective consulting skills.
