My Experience
Coaching and Leadership development from 1997, ICF credentialed member since 2008. Currently, he has a special focus on turn-key, long-term projects in the Organizational Growth and People Development space. This new initiative has spun off into a business division called SOLVE.
Work extensively in Singapore, Germany, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Philippines, China, Sri Lanka & the UAE, beyond India. He coached Senior Leaders at GE, UL, TDK, TE, SAP, Schneider Electric etc. On a global project with Lufthansa for Leaders from Germany and all of ASEAN. India Field Mentor and Coach for CEM with Ford Motor Company from 2014-2018
