Subha also runs a popular career podcast ‘Small Talk: Work| Play| Build’ for current and aspiring leaders who want to level up their career and their professional lives and want to do it mindfully.
My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
Subha firmly believes that ‘The goal is not to be perfect by the end. The goal is to be better today.’ She approaches all interactions with empathy, a positive mindset and brings a calming influence to the occasion. She is able to truly bring out areas of joy, areas of conflict, and areas of concern, gently creating the awareness and capability for people and teams to move forward. Her style of coaching is largely guided conversations and reflective inquiry, using tools and frameworks with mutual consent.
