Coaches expand clients awareness creatively so it leads to action. I use a wide variety of awareness building tools, to help clients find their own strategies and motivation to bring change which they are seeking.

My Experience
For nearly two decades, I worked in the financial services industry where quality of people was the key differentiator. My passion for people development started there. As an independent credentialed coach, I have partnered with more than 70+ organizations, across 11 industries, in their talent development and OD type projects. I. In the past our clients have won the “Coaching Organization of the Year Award” from World T&D Congress, Best in class coaching and mentoring program from TISS-Leap Vault and one of the best L&D/HR practice by NHRD.
I have been credentialed with ICF since 2012, and have coached more than 250+ mid to senior level executives. I am involved in coaching future leaders (college students) under the aegis of ICF Bengaluru Chapter.
