I am the Founder Director of The Third Eye and come with an eclectic mix of experiences as a Popular speaker, Radio Jockey, Coach, Facilitator, Emcee, and Visiting faculty to colleges in India. A Masters in Public Administration I started off teaching PG students, before I moved into different sectors. I now serve as Chairperson of the International Coaching Federation Foundation.

In my coaching sessions, I handle my clients at a deeper level with them to help connect to the #voiceinme. The VOICE framework at the deepest level is: Vision: to foresee growth, Outcome: E+R (Events +response), Information Filter (How to filter from the overload) Communication Skills, Energy = (MC)2 meaningful connections.

My foray into the broadcasting medium introduced me to the power of VOICE that I now use as my framework in my one-on-one exclusive coaching sessions with CXOs & senior leaders on Vocal Presence. It is this framework that I bring into play at deeper leadership levels that build in the importance of the Gift we are blessed with, our VOICE & self-expression. My global coaching clients are from across sectors from countries such as India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong and Germany.
