With 26 years of diverse corporate experience and over 16 years as a professional coach, I am an ICF-PCC certified Life and Leadership Coach committed to empowering individuals and organizations to realize their fullest potential.
I’ve coached and mentored over 850 individuals—from homemakers to CEOs—across industries including IT, manufacturing, education, and finance. My journey includes contributions to leading organizations such as Tata Sponge, Wipro, Siemens, JP Morgan, OpenText, and HSBC Software, shaping my expertise in Life and Leadership Coaching, Agile Coaching, and Leadership Development Training.
I am the Founder of The Gardeners Hub (TGH)—a purpose-driven platform that nurtures professional coaches and leaders. At TGH, we envision a thriving ecosystem where coaches act as “gardeners,” cultivating purpose, resilience, and excellence in others.
I also lead voluntary Agile and Professional Coaching Communities of Practice, fostering learning, collaboration, and authentic connection among peers.
