My Experience
With over a decade of professional experience and 4+ years dedicated to coaching, I work with leaders, executives, and teams across diverse sectors including corporate, development, startups, and academic institutions.
In leadership coaching, I create a reflective space where leaders deepen self-awareness, explore new perspectives, and engage their emotional intelligence. Through powerful inquiry and presence, leaders uncover insights, build resilience, and embody leadership that is authentic, adaptive, and aligned with their purpose.
As a team coach, I facilitate development of trust, alignment around shared purpose, and strengthened collaboration. Teams surface underlying dynamics, enhance communication, and build collective leadership capacity. When deeper reflection and mindset shifts are required, teams access presence and awareness that unlock their full potential.
When acting as a team facilitator, I design and lead structured sessions to address specific challenges, strategic priorities, or development goals. Safe and inclusive spaces encourage open dialogue, creative problem-solving, and alignment around outcomes. By integrating facilitation with coaching, teams move from conversation to action with clarity and commitment.
My expertise also includes designing and leading Management Development Programs (MDPs) from end to end, ensuring each intervention aligns with organizational objectives while nurturing leadership potential and cultural intelligence. Among my flagship programs are “Leaders as Coaches,” “Emotional Intelligence for Leaders,” and “High-Performance Team Facilitation,” each cultivating critical skills and mindsets that drive sustainable growth and engagement. I’ve managed full coaching projects, coordinating stakeholders and measuring tangible outcomes.

As a former university professor and researcher, and founder of mentoring-focused initiatives, I bring a strong foundation in adult learning, research-driven insights, and a passion for empowering growth at both individual and organizational levels. My coaching practice is enriched by extensive cross-cultural experience spanning India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, navigating diverse contexts with empathy and adaptability.
