Lakshmi Narasimhan (LN) is an IT professional with over 24 years of experience. I currently serve as a Business Operations Leader for Altera, an Intel subsidiary. I completed my ACC in 2021 and getting close to PCC. I have specialized in Hofstede’s cross culture coaching. I have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engg and Masters in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and currently pursuing my doctorate in management.
