I help progressive long term visionary organisations in their change journey. My work therefore involves Coaching Senior key decision makers help scale up and make the transition. I believe in the complete transformation of the people being coached slowly enabling a higher level of visible culture change across organisation and teams.

I do use the BELBIN team role assessments and a 360 degree Stakeholder feedback mechanism in my Coaching approach. Focus is on Behavior change and building Leadership Competencies.

- Total years of experience is more than 3 decades and Coaching experience of more than 10 years.
- Previous years of work experience as an Entrepreneur running a HR Consulting Practice with a team and Corporate work experience from Tatas (Tata BP Solar), BPL Telecom, Carrier Transcicold, HCL Technologies
- Have handled all industry like IT, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, NGOs in the Coaching space.
