My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
Jagdish is an experienced and certified executive coach. He has trained under Marshall Goldsmith and also in processes developed by the Neuroleadership Group and Dr. David Rock. He currently coaches across the board – CEOs, CXOs entrepreneurs, business leaders and middle managers. Besides, he is also a global resource person for CoachA, Acuity and TLC. He helps senior leaders understand how to develop and use EQ and EI to be more effective in their leadership roles.
He has authored a best seller “Release the Hostage”.
Jagdish’s public workshops titled “Unleash Your Potential” and free sessions “Coffee with Kini” and “Take Charge” are highly regarded and well-attended. In these he uses lessons from his own corporate and personal life to help young professionals focus themselves and grow as individuals and as professionals and members of the society at large.

My Experience
I have 30 years experience in Industry with World Leaders, of these 10 years as MD/ CEO, followed by 8 years as a strategy consultant, 12 years of coaching of, which close to 10 years as certified PCC. Have coached clients across industries, Consulting, FMCG, Finance, IT, Banks, Research and Pharma, Alcobev, Telecom among others.
