ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter invites you ‘Working with Cultural in Coaching: A Transactional Analysis Model’ With Chitra Ravi.
Every culture is characterized by deep-rooted ideas and beliefs about how one needs to feel, think, and act as a functioning member of the culture. Exploring with the model of the Cultural Parent offers powerful possibilities for awareness, change, and growth.
This one hour will provide us with an opportunity to use this model in exploring with our own beliefs, a place from where we can choose to live the way we want to and not to be controlled by influences that we aren’t aware of.

About Transactional Analysis: Transactional Analysis is a psychological framework that offers theories and models of personality and human behavior. It is the study of how people take on certain behaviours, beliefs, thoughts and feelings via early influences and then continue to play them out in their adult lives.

She is an ICF – PCC Coach & NLP Master Practitioner. She holds an International accreditation in Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy), Is a ‘Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst’ (Psychotherapy), from The International Transactional Analysis Association, Oakland USA. She also brings over 30 years of Corporate experience *Led an HR advisory business for 14 years
