ICF India Coaching Excellence Awards 2026

These awards honour coaches, organisations and coaching-led initiatives that are raising standards, expanding access, shaping culture and creating meaningful change through the practice of coaching. From leadership and wellness to social change, inclusion, youth and women empowerment, the awards recognise those who are not only doing exceptional work but doing it in ways that are aligned with the spirit, ethics and transformative potential of coaching. 

At a time when the world of work and life is asking for deeper self-awareness, stronger human connection and more conscious leadership, coaching has never been more relevant. These awards are an opportunity to spotlight practitioners and institutions that are helping individuals, teams and communities move from insight to action, and from action to impact. 

Whether through one-to-one coaching, systemic interventions, research, organisational culture building or socially relevant initiatives, each category has been designed to recognise contribution that is intentional, evidence-based and meaningful. 

We invite nominations from coaches, organisations, NGOs and Universities across India, who exemplify excellence in coaching practice and advance the profession with credibility, commitment and care.
