About the Conclave
The Vision
“In a world that is increasingly DAFT—Dubious, Ambigious, Fast-paced, and Tenuous—traditional leadership models are being pushed to their limits. The certainty of the past has been replaced by a dynamic, often chaotic reality where “business as usual” no longer exists.
The India Coaching Conclave 2026 anchors itself in the theme “Coaching for 2030: Leading Change in a Dynamic World.” This theme is a clarion call to look beyond immediate fixes and cultivate the long-term resilience and foresight required to navigate the next decade. Coaching is no longer just a developmental tool; it is a critical strategic imperative. It serves as the bridge between current turbulence and future readiness, enabling leaders to transform anxiety into awareness and brittleness into adaptive strength. By focusing on the next decade beginning 2030, we are preparing to lead change that is sustainable, inclusive, and profoundly impactful in an ever-evolving global landscape.
The India Coaching Conclave 2026 will also honour the transformative impact and significant achievements of outstanding organizations and visionary individuals in the field of Coaching during the Awards Nite which is scheduled as part of the event on Day 1”

“Every year, the INDIA COACHING CONCLAVE is hosted by one of the ICF Chapters in the country. This year, it is the 10 year young ICF BENGALURU CHARTER CHAPTER’s turn to host the conference, in Bengaluru. This will be a two day event running across June 5th and 6th, 2026.

The ICF India Bengaluru Charter Chapter managing committee; and the core committee of the ICF India Coaching Conclave 2026 proudly present the ICF India Coaching Awards 2026 to celebrate excellence, integrity and impact in coaching across the Indian subcontinent.
These awards honour coaches, organisations and coaching-led initiatives that are raising standards, expanding access, shaping culture and creating meaningful change through the practice of coaching. From leadership and wellness to social change, inclusion, youth and women empowerment, the awards recognise those who are not only doing exceptional work but doing it in ways that are aligned with the spirit, ethics and transformative potential of coaching.
The grand award ceremony will be held on 05 June 2026 at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.
