My Experience
I led leadership development for the Tata Group as Director of Tata Management Training Centre, driving global partnerships and digital transformation particularly during Covid-19. I’ve served on the board of Brookfield’s PE Infrastructure Asset and currently serve as an Independent Director at Aster DM Healthcare. Consultant on Culture and Change Management based on Blake on Mouton’s Grid Framework. My experience includes advising private equity firms, NGOs, and multinational corporations on strategic HR, organizational change, and post-merger integration. I’ve worked closely with founders and leadership teams in startup environments and have played a key role in conflict resolution and alignment in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts, including family-owned businesses.
