Deepak Menon is an ICF-certified PCC Executive Coach, Leadership Team Coach and Business Mentor.
He coaches progressive leaders – those who lead with purpose, principles and empathy – to solve complex problems. He has been coaching since 2014.
Deepak also co-hosts the WorkWise Pod – a podcast about making workplaces fair, empathetic and fulfilling.
My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
Progressive Leadership moves away from hierarchical, command-and-control transactional methods to a purposeful, principled, empathetic and collaborative leadership model. Also, leaders need to intentionally work within themselves to heal, grow and integrate. Deepak’s coaching combines both this outer and inner work leading to the development of unmistakable Leadership Presence – how the leader shows up in the room.
Deepak employs Systems Thinking, Distributed Leadership Principles, Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogic Organisation Development philosophies in his coaching approaches.
