My Experience
ICF-PCC certified coach and Agile practitioner with over two decades of global experience in software development, Agile leadership, and enterprise transformation. I partner with early- to mid-career professionals, Agile teams, and organizational leaders to co-create pathways for growth, agility, and purpose-driven performance across industries including consumer electronics, IoT, semiconductors, and automotive.
In my role as an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer (RTE), I create a psychologically safe environment for teams to explore possibilities, build awareness, and develop collective accountability. I facilitate Agile@Scale transformations (SAFe, Nexus) by embodying ICF core competencies—demonstrating presence, deep listening, and evoking clarity in navigating complexity.
Drawing from a strong foundation as a Lead Product Owner and Software System Architect, I bring insight into aligning product vision with market strategy, while honoring each client’s autonomy in setting their direction.
