His work catalyzes deep personal transformation and professional mastery, enabling people to achieve breakthrough success, build lasting impact, and thrive in every dimension of life.

He aims to drive greater accessibility, automation, and interactivity in chapter activities, ensuring that technology becomes a key enabler in strengthening the impact of coaching.
Anand believes that true success is achieved through a powerful blend of Mass, Class, and Style. For him, “Mass” represents the ability to connect with a wide range of people through authenticity and relatability; “Class” stands for excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of high standards in everything one does; and “Style” reflects the unique personal flair and confidence that sets individuals apart. By integrating these three dimensions, Anand empowers individuals and organizations to build influence, earn respect, and create a distinctive and impactful presence driving personal excellence, team synergy, leadership effectiveness, cultural transformation, and sustainable organizational growth in dynamic and competitive environments.
Anand wears many hats and most of them are drenched in sweat! As a ZIN-certified Zumba and Strong Nation instructor, he can salsa, squat, and shimmy his way through any crowd. When he’s not leading high-energy fitness sessions, you’ll likely find him trekking up hills, running marathons for fun or chasing tennis balls and Pickleballs with equal enthusiasm. In his spare time which we suspect he borrows from another dimension, Anand grooves to his love for dance and even directs short films, proving that multitasking can indeed be a sport.
