My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
My coaching approach is non-directive, and uses a lot of open questioning. Using Appreciative Enquiry and an approach that covers Cognitive, Affective and Ontological aspects, my key focus is on generating solutions for the client and helping the client draw up a well thought through blueprint of actions that are fool-proofed to prevent derailment. I believe in an approach that goes deep down the iceberg, creating awareness in the client about their blind spots and to bring about lasting change when it comes to behavioural aspects.

My Experience
I worked in the IT Industry for 23 years, 18 of them in various leadership roles at the regional and national levels with organisations like NIIT, Microland and Dimension Data (now NTT Data). I headed Business Units / Verticals and was responsible for driving over $25 M in annual revenues in my last corporate role, while taking care of client satisfaction for over 800 clients across India.
I have over a decade of experience & success in coaching senior leaders in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Technology, Retail, Consulting and Services sectors in the above areas.
