My coaching journey is an outward expression of my self-discovery journey that started around 2015. I discovered my passion for Coaching while supporting my colleagues at PepsiCo. With curiosity in Vedanta and Buddhism, I entered a full-time career as a Leadership Coach in 2022. I live in Bangalore with my wife Pooja and our twin daughters.

My focus has been on helping them transform from high-performing to inspirational leaders. My Experience
Of my total 26-year experience, I spent my last three years as a Leadership Coach, supporting leaders at CXO level. Across Manufacturing, Media, CPG, Consulting, and Financial Services. India, APAC, Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Prior to my transition to Leadership Coaching, I spent 23–years in Sales, Marketing, General Management and transformation at PepsiCo, India, APAC, M.E., Africa, and Globally.
Credentials & Professional Affiliations
I am a ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am also an Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). I am Hogan Personality Assessment Certified, Work Place Big Five Personality Assessment Certified, CCLs Benchmark 360 Certified Facilitator, and certified in the Firo-B Interpersonal Relationships Assessment.
