My Coaching Philosophy & Approach
I explore the problem with the client and help them scope it. They then internalize the challenges and we co-create the solution. In this way, they are the masters of their own rescue. Using the Johari window, they uncover their blind spots. Using the Gallup strengths philosophy they work from their strengths to reach a successful outcome. My practitioner experience of having run global businesses helps me ask the right questions for that “wow” moment when the client realizes what is the issue and what needs to be done to reach the goal as quickly as possible.

My Experience
Over 23 years of running global support operations for India and global enterprise customers in Wipro and Microsoft before I discovered my strengths and passion for coaching. Gave me a hands-on insight of operations, financials and people. Managing global teams and P & L responsibilities gave me the strategic oversight that helps me in my coaching journey. I am able to ask the right questions in an open–ended way, able to empathize with some of the challenges of global leaders and help them uncover the solution themselves. To me the greatest accolade is when the leader says “I did it myself”.
