I believe in partnering with clients to overcome their challenges & assist them with either their development objectives or manage their teams better.
Areas of Expertise & Niche
My coaching focus is on performance and transformational leadership development for mid to senior-level executives. I am also proud to be part of a growth and transformation management programs where I regularly mentor project teams comprising of senior leaders from a large transnational. Essentially my niche is Leadership Coaching where Leaders seek improvements in management of people, teams, processes, goal setting, accountability etc.
My Experience
35 Years have covered diverse businesses from managing operations to driving new projects and initiatives in India, Middle East and Thailand. Served on the Board of Directors of two Indian entities of multinational companies. Worked in diverse industries such as Light Engineering/ Auto Ancillary/ Chemicals/ Electrical.
Have coached in the last 5 Years a number of Leaders and corporates from different type of organisations e.g. a global automotive components manufacturer, a large primary steel manufacturer, a total Engineering solution Provider, an educational institute and an American animal welfare NGO amongst others.
